To give a hint: SPOT is committed to many plants and places of entertainment by the water, a car-free environment, cycling and walking routes, waste separation, water storage and overall energy efficient buildings. The apartments are gas-free (which is handy, since eventually all of Amsterdam will have to get rid of gas) and solar panels minimize CO2 emissions. Can SPOT be even more sustainable? Sure!
