Architect Aldo Trim, involved in the development of SPOT, explains:
“We are pioneering in Amsterdam-Zuidoost, a neighborhood with so much promise and which is very up-and-coming. What used to be a fairly empty office area is now being transformed into a fully mixed residential, working, and amenities environment on a corner of water, park, and the ArenA Boulevard.”

Located between IKEA and the Amsterdam ArenA, the residential towers are rising in Hondsrugpark. Once a four-lane highway, it will soon be a lively, biodiverse park the size of seven soccer fields, full of flowers, plants, and walking paths.

The apartments are:
