Housing offer
Dusk has 79 medium-rent homes and 2 free sector homes. The housing offer consists mainly of efficient 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, suitable for single and double households. All homes have one or two bedrooms and an outdoor space, such as a balcony or loggia. Thanks to the large windows, there is plenty of light and views of the surroundings. Rents start from €1,158 in the middle segment and €2,000 in the free sector.
Everything is right, down to the details
Dusk is also finished with high-quality materials. All homes have Managed Wifi : centrally controlled internet, so you do not have to take out a separate wifi subscription. Visitors are easily received via the videophone system.
The Bruynzeel kitchen is fully equipped: standard with a combination oven, induction hob and hood. In the mid-rent segment, a dishwasher and fridge-freezer are often added. If you rent in the free sector, you can count on a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer.
The bathroom is stylishly decorated with luxury tiling, quality sanitary ware, Grohe faucets and shower, and a wall-mounted Gustavsberg toilet with Grohe controls.
Comfort without concessions
In Dusk, you also live with energy label A+. The homes are connected to a central heat and cold storage system and district heating, which provide heating, cooling and hot tap water. Through the WTW-CERA system, heat is recovered from ventilation and shower water, contributing to a comfortable and sustainable indoor climate.
Everything in place
Everything at hand, and your bike is safe. In the spacious, locked garage you can park it with peace of mind. There is also room for your car: a limited number of residents can use parking spaces in the underground garage. Parking subscriptions will be available for this purpose.
Please note: these spaces are reserved exclusively for residents of medium-priced rental homes or homes in the private sector. Availability is limited and demand is high. During your registration you can indicate if you are interested in a spot. We will let you know later if a spot is actually available for you.
A subscription is expected to cost approximately €185 per month exempt of VAT. The final rate is still to be determined. Is there no space left in the garage? Then we recommend looking nearby to see if there is space in another parking garage. Unfortunately, applying for a parking permit through the municipality is not an option at SPOT.
There are no parking spaces on the street, but you don't need one here. Metro station Bullewijk is only a 5-minute walk away, and the Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA train station can be reached in 7 minutes.
Easy move
Moving becomes a lot easier with Hügge's upholstery solutions - from flooring to curtains. You have the choice of having the floor installed shortly after the completion of your home, or installing it yourself with all the necessary materials delivered neatly.
You can easily arrange everything in the upholstery portal: from requesting free samples to scheduling an appointment in the showroom. This is also the right place for curtains. In this way, Hügge ensures that the upholstery of your home is arranged quickly and carefree.
Co-living
Especially for those who want to live together without sacrificing privacy, Hazel also offers Friends apartments: co-living homes with two spacious private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. You share a stylish living room and kitchen, but also have your own space. Ideal if you want to rent with a friend or family member and share the costs. You are on the lease together and are both responsible for the rent.

- Above the filter bar you can switch between Aurelia, Hazel, Coral and Dusk.
- The filters allow you to see where the homes are that meet your needs.
- Below the image you have a list view of properties that match your profile. Here you can save properties as favorites by clicking on the heart.
- Below the image you can switch between two views and you can zoom in and out of the image. If the map is out of focus, you can also move the image around.
- Clicking on the apartment will take you to the details page. Here you will find all the information about that apartment and you can add it to your favorites by clicking on "I want this apartment" or on the heart at the top.
- From your favorites list you can link through to your Property File. That's where you register. Please note that you can create a favorites list for both Hazel and Aurelia. However, you can only enter 5 favorites during your registration.
- Use the download button above your favorites to make a screenshot that you will find in your downloads. You can then use this to enter it into your Property file. Your favorites are not automatically transferred.
