A new piece of city with lots of greenery, SPOT all over. But there is another thread running through SPOT: everywhere you will find points of togetherness. Close your eyes and picture it: in your own residential tower you slowly wake up to the sunlight of a rising sun filtering through the windows, it's time for coffee. You get dressed and walk to the opposite tower for a good cup of coffee, visit a friend or business associate in one of the common areas in yet another tower, and as an aperitivo you drink a beer on the terrace. Those are some steps you make, but mostly an energizing and moving layout of your day. A fun little walk around the block.

A city within a city

Daytime, evening, winter, summer. SPOT is a place where something is always happening. So you will definitely be able to persuade friends and family, who come from a bit further away, to join SPOT with ease. Even better, with so much more space in your SPOT apartment, you can also finally host a dinner party for a large group. Guests can easily park their cars or bikes away in one of the underground parking garages in the process. SPOT is above all a city within a city, a living world unto itself, but still pure-Amsterdam.

Living on the bright side of the city

SPOT may be new, but this corner near the ArenA already has plenty of great eateries, such as informal, burgundian lunch spot Bullewijck with a spacious terrace, city beekeeper Michael Ferdinandus who sells his own honey, the "living room of the neighborhood" called Oma Ietje with a shared dining concept and De Proefzaak, a brewery and tasting room with homemade specialty beer. In short, it's bursting with cultural food spots. Also fun: at the Bullewijkpad, from Bullewijk station to the Hondsrugweg where the Hondsrugpark will soon run alongside, there will be a freezone where art, sports and green meet. In the process, the Hondsrugpark will become "a green carpet" to the stadium, a swirling landmark.

City Wellbeing

Although you don't even have to leave SPOT - everything you could want is within easy reach - it is also a very central location. You can easily walk to the metro or bus for a day at the museum or lunch with a group of friends in Amsterdam Center, and there is an attractive green area in SPOT's "backyard. Like the Ronde Hoep, a beautiful polder landscape enclosed by dikes, with lots of water birds and full of bike paths. While biking, this route takes you past Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, located on the river with passing boats and numerous nice restaurants located along the quay. It is not for nothing one of the most popular cycling routes for cyclists cycling around Amsterdam, including now SPOT.
