Housing offer
Aurelia has 48 medium-priced rental apartments and 51 free sector apartments (one of which will be furnished as a communal space). The offer is diverse: from compact studios to spacious 2- and 3-bedroom apartments and ground-floor townhouses. Some apartments have a mezzanine, ideal as additional sleeping or working space. Except for the studios, all apartments have one or two bedrooms, a private storage room and an outdoor space: a balcony, loggia or roof terrace. Rents start from €1,187 in the middle segment and €1,490 in the free sector.
Everything is right, down to the details
In Aurelia, coming home feels right away. The finish is modern and neat, with solid doors and clean, wallpaper-ready walls, ready for you to add your own style. Managed WiFi is available in all apartments : centrally regulated internet, so you do not have to take out a separate WiFi subscription. The videophone system makes it easy to let visitors in.
The kitchen is a real eye-catcher. Each home is equipped with a stylish Bruynzeel kitchen, standard with a combination oven, induction hob and hood. Do you choose a mid-range home? Then you usually also get a dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer compartment or fridge-freezer combination. If you rent in the free sector, you can count on a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer.
Everything has been thought of in the bathroom too: luxury tiles, modern sanitaryware, a comfortable Grohe shower and a stylish wall-mounted toilet from Gustavsberg with Grohe controls ensure a fresh start to your day.
Comfort without concessions
All the homes in Aurelia have energy label A++. Thanks to the central CHP system for the entire area, you will have underfloor heating and cooling (no air conditioning), combined with hot tap water. In addition, each home has its own connection to the WTW-CERA system that provides ventilation and shower heat recovery. So you live energy efficiently, off the gas, and future-oriented, without compromising on comfort.
Everything in place
Everything at hand, and your bike is safe. In the spacious, locked garage you can park it with peace of mind. There is also room for your car: a limited number of residents can use parking spaces in the underground garage. Parking subscriptions will be available for this purpose.
Please note: these spaces are reserved exclusively for residents of medium-priced rental homes or homes in the private sector. Residents of social rental housing cannot take out a subscription. Availability is limited and demand is high. During your subscription, you can indicate if you are interested in a spot. We will let you know later if a place is actually available for you.
A subscription is expected to cost approximately €175 per month. The final rate is still to be determined. Is there no space left in the garage? Then we recommend looking nearby to see if there is space in another parking garage. Unfortunately, applying for a parking permit through the municipality is not an option at SPOT.
There are no parking spaces on the street, but you don't need one here. Metro station Bullewijk is only a 5-minute walk away, and the Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA train station can be reached in 7 minutes.
Easy move
Moving becomes a lot easier with Hügge's upholstery solutions. You have the choice of having the floor laid shortly after the completion of your home, or installing it yourself with all the necessary materials neatly delivered.
In the upholstery portal you can easily arrange everything: from requesting free samples to scheduling an appointment in the showroom. This is also the right place for curtains. In this way, Hügge ensures that the upholstery of your home is arranged quickly and carefree.
SPOT: your new dream home

- Above the filter bar you can switch between Aurelia and Hazel.
- With the filters you can see where the homes are that meet your needs.
- Below the image you have a list view of properties that match your profile. Here you can save properties as favorites by clicking on the heart.
- Below the image you can switch between two views and you can zoom in and out of the image. If the map is out of focus, you can also move the image around.
- Clicking on the apartment will take you to the details page. Here you will find all the information about that apartment and you can add it to your favorites by clicking on "I want this apartment" or on the heart at the top.
- From your favorites list you can link through to your Property File. That's where you register. Please note that you can create a favorites list for both Hazel and Aurelia. However, you can only enter 5 favorites during your registration.
- Use the download button above your favorites to make a screenshot that you will find in your downloads. You can then use this to enter it into your Property file. Your favorites are not automatically transferred.
